一、概述
Brief
LCW立式圓弧圓柱蝸桿減速器符合******標準JB/T7848-1995。
本減速器主要適用于化工、制藥、建筑、食品、輕工等行業。減速器輸入轉速不超過
1 500r/min。
減速器工作環境溫度為-15~ +40'C.海拔高度不超過1000m。當工作環境溫度低于0'C時，起動前潤滑油必須加熱到0C以上，或采用低凝固點的潤滑油。
減速器可正，反向運轉。
LCW vertical cylinder worm decelerator conforms to standard JB/T7848-1995. The decelerator is applied in chemical industry, medicine, building, food and light industry. The input rotating speed is no more than 1 500r/min.
The ambient temperature is -15 ~ +40'C with an elevation of≤1000m. The lubricating oil must be heated up to 0'C or low-freezing point oil is applied if temperature is lower than 0"C。
Direct and retrorse operation is permitted.

本減速器型號用字母LCW表示，其中L表示減速器的結構型式為立式，C表示蝸桿齒廓為C1形，W表示蝸桿減速器。
This series decelerator is shown in LCW, where L means vertical C means C1 type of worm tooth and W means worm decelerator.
